It has the enviable position of being located just a few minutes drive from Cheltenham Spa Town Centre with some beautiful Cotswold villages on our doorstep. We are convenient for all major routes; with the M5 just 10 minutes away. Local amenities and restaurants are a short walk away.We have flexible accommodation to cater for doubles, twins, families and singles. All of our 13 rooms are ensuite and have full tea and coffee making facilities, complimentary Wi-Fi, a flat screen TV and DVD player, hairdryer, complimentary toiletries and a radio alarm clock. Other facilities include complimentary parking, ground floor bedrooms and a licensed bar. Our room rates include breakfast, freshly cooked to order and we believe you'd struggle to find better in Cheltenham! We pride ourselves on the flexibility of our menu and cater for various diets including Vegetarian, Gluten Free, Dairy Free and Low Fat. We have recently been awarded the 'Breakfast Award' by Visit Britain. We strive to provide you with the best possible experience. 2013 Hotel Developments We thank our guests that have left us valuable comments over the year, which we do take seriously and we can announce the following improvements during the first half of 2013.- All rooms will be doubled glazed.. work starts at the end of Jan 2013.. so issues with road noise etc should disappear- Update bathrooms with removing glass shelves.. half the rooms have been done already- We are sorry we cant do anything about the size of the bathrooms but we have moved near all the towel rails now higher to give that little extra spaceAgain we thank you for your comments and where we can we shall make improvements to your stay with usRegards Wayne and Melissa

Road - Cheltenham is conventiently located off the M5 and Hilden Lodge is just over one mile from Cheltenham town centre on the A40 Oxford Road. For race meets, you'll be glad to know you don't have to go through the town centre to travel from us to the race course. Free guest parking.Rail - Direct trains from Paddington take just over 2 hours, be sure to book tickets on thetrainline.com 3-5 days in advance for best prices. We are the opposite site of Cheltenham from the train station about 2.5 miles in total, a taxi costs between £5-8.Cheltenham - A wonderful Spa town with an abundance of shops, restaurants etc. Cheltenham is the ideal base for touring the Costwolds and you can leave you car and walk the Cotswolds from the Hilden Lodge (we literally are on the edge of the Cotswolds). Most of the town centre lies within a conservation area of outstanding national importance. Regency town houses , characterised by intricate ironwork balconies and painted stucco facades, line the historic Promenade, squares and terraces. With its award-winning gardens, impressive range of stylish shops and restaurants, and its festivals of horse racing, music and literature, Cheltenham has a cosmopolitan ambience to beguile the most jaded spirit.
